Gilles, 26, was hired at the age of 18, to act as a au pair for Brown’s children but she is now suing the ex-pop star after Brown branded her a homewrecker as part of bitter divorce taking place between Brown and Belafonte.
Now, in testimony made at Los Angeles Superior Court, Gilles has alleged that ‘the only times Stephen and I had sex was when Melanie instructed Stephen and I to do so or when Melanie herself invited her husband to join us’.
The sexual encounters were always consensual claims Gilles however she is suing for libel and breach of privacy after she is was named in the pair’s divorce which has comprisedof abuse allegations, restraining orders and alleged forced payments.
Gilles also claimed that Brown ‘would often serve as the cameraman and record the sexual encounter’.
The documents contradict Brown’s previous claims that Belafonte not only made her ‘participate in sexual intercourse with him and random women’ but would also secretly record them. She claimed that he would then threatened to leak the tapes if ‘she tried to resist the threesomes’.
Brown filed for divorce from Belafonte, who she shares six-year-old daughter Madison with, on March 20 and was granted a restraining order against him days later. In April 2017 she won a court order against Belafonte that stopped him from distributing sex tapes.
She claimed that her former husband was keeping the tapes to try and control her. In the documents, he ‘would regularly hold up his phone to me and point to a video file and say, “It’s just one click away,” meaning that with one click he could send out a video and my career would be over.’
The mum-of-three has also filed court papers accusing producer Belafonte of abuse, claims he continues to strenuously deny.
In a court declaration, Mel B accused the movie producer of ‘punching’ and ‘choking’ her as well as ‘splitting her lip’.
