The Qatari businessman, whose split from Jackson was announced last week, penned an emotional message to his ex on his personal website this weekend.
"To the most beautiful person in the world, thank you for your divine love, your eternal support and for being my best friend," he wrote. "I love you so much, inshallah we will be together in the Great Forever x."
He titled the short paragraph "Love," and included a large photo of Jackson alongside the text.
Al Mana wed the "Rhythm Nation" singer in 2012, and the pair welcomed son Eissa on Jan. 3. However, sources recently told People magazine that the relationship soured after the birth of their son as the two began to realize just how different their lifestyles were.
"They come from very different worlds," the source said. "For years, Janet tried to adapt to his culture. Since it's not a culture she grew up with, it's been challenging for her. She often felt she disappointed Wissam."
Despite ending their marriage, the two will reportedly raise their son together.
